I really liked the sessions with the therapist, both for the therapy and the exercises she gave me so I could continue improving. I also like it because it explains very well what is happening with my body and understanding it also helps me relax my mind. The site also helps, as it is quiet, relaxing and very clean.

I started working on posture, meditations and conscious breathing with Laura 2 months ago due to cervical pain that had been with me for a year and a half. Postural work has helped me a lot to reduce the pain, I am much more aware of it and little by little I am correcting it.Additionally, the guided meditations we do make me connect with myself and release emotions that I didn't know were with me.Laura is a person who transmits a lot of peace and tranquility. It has helped me a lot to learn to be present in breathing, in posture and in the moment. I will always appreciate it.Great professional, I recommend her 100%.

I had some sessions with Laura and she helped me a lot to correct my posture.The method uses a different approach to what I have known after years into yoga.It is incredible that with just a few exercises my body has "remembered" a healthier posture for my back and it feels like my "body intelligence" is activated!Now that I'm not hunched over I feel much better, with more energy.Thank you!!

When I started 3 years ago, I always had frequent pain due to lower back pain, lumbago, foot pain and torticollis, but I have to confess that right now I hardly remember the last time I had any of these discomforts. Laura is truly a talented, patient, and articulate teacher. She is always very attentive to details, caring for and promoting my evolution, and in each session I always discover something new in my practice.
